We recently hired Santon plumbing to replace the shower valve system in our shower. Keith had to make several trips during which we ordered new parts to be installed. He was extremely courteous and professional and the work he performed was outstanding. In the 50 years that I have owned homes, he and everyone at Santon are the best people I have ever worked with.
Keith provided exceptional Professional service in a very timely way. Keith went beyond what was expected to be very helpful in resolving the issue. I highly recommend Santon Plumbing and the expertise of Keith in resolving issues. Gratefully, Patsy.
Called yesterday Keith came gave estimate to replace water heater. He was back today and installed it. Very professional and respectful. Great fair pricing and excellent prompt service
One of the most professional teams I have worked with in a long time. From first call, during a snow storm, Cynthia took my call and listened to what was going on. Not having heat for almost a month in the middle of winter, She got me right on the schedule and Todd H came out the next day. He completed his checks, took the time to explain it to me and show me where things went wrong. Came up with a couple options and laid out a game plan on the spot. Will be seeing him within the week to have a new unit installed. Completely knowledgable and just secured me as a customer for anything Hvac related. I really appreciate this team and for anyone looking for any new installs, repairs, heat or cool. Call these guys and ask for Todd. Highly Recommend!
On 3/21/25 we had an excellent experience with Santon Plumbing & Heating. Todd came to service the boiler. We were having trouble receiving hot water and he did a great job fixing the problem. Todd was very professional and knowledgable. We were very pleased with his services.
I manage 130 properties in the Blackstone Valley area. I have used other HVAC companies in the past but none more reliable than Santon plumbing and heating. They not only respond promptly but they fix the issues the first time. I would highly recommend them for any residential or commercial properties.
Great, knowledgable, reasonably priced service!
I had an issue with a leak on a water main and Santon Plumbing was responsive, on time and did great work! Highly recommend them.
They diagnosed our heating issue quickly and educated us on what to do in the future. Great company to work with.
Had a plumbing emergency and called my regular guy. Turns out he retired and sold the business to Santon Plumbing & Heating. Turns out Santon is just as "Reliable".
Keith showed up on-time today and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He even pointed out some other areas that will need attention in the near future. Can't recommend this company enough.
